Warranty

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us, so please tell us if there is a problem.

Our products come with a 12-month warranty. The customer will be obligated to return goods to our warehouse in Denpasar Bali for any warranty claim. Our products are made to endure longer than 12 months, if faulty workmanship is found to be evident after the 12 months warranty period expires, you may still receive a warranty service from us. This is at our own discretion and within a reasonable time frame.

Claims will not be recognized where the Imperfections and variations form part of the character, style, and finish of the product. Such qualities are inherent in the handicraft industry. Each piece is uniquely handmade, and that’s what makes them so appealing.

Product

We do our best to make sure that the images on our website convey the true appearance of the product. The images of products on our website may vary slightly from the product you purchase. Regarding color there are so many variables that can affect the appearance of the image you’re looking at. It could be the digital display you’re using, or different lighting conditions inherent in the photo that can affect the appearance of colors. Different batches of production material used to produce much of our product can vary from batch to batch because it is a natural material as supplied by nature.
